Pay 2003 prices to enter Buchanan Park Recreation Center on Tuesday, Feb. 19, when Evergreen Park & Recreation District (EPRD) celebrates the state-of-the-art fitness facility’s 10th anniversary.
The cost of admission will be just $5 for adults and $4 for kids 18 and under, and cake and other goodies will be served during a daylong celebration that runs from 9 am till 7 pm at Buchanan Park Rec.
A number of special activities will be going on all day long, including promotions and giveaways and a scavenger hunt to learn some trivia about the history of Buchanan Park Rec.
Youth and adults can participate in class and program demonstrations, including Climbing, Adult Fitness, Silver Sneakers, Weight Training and Gymnastics, and more.
The Playschool, where parents can drop their children while the work out, will be holding an all-day Carnival.
