Susannah’s Hope Coat Drive Join Us in Keeping Our Community Warm Susannah’s Hope is an outreach ministry of the Conifer Risen Lord Lutheran Church providing free winter coats, hats and scarves to people in the Conifer and adjacent communities. Donated coats are collected, washed and repaired by members of the congregation. During the 2024-2025 cold season, Susannah’s Hope provided upwards of 250 coats to people in the community in need.
