Moun10 Partners specializes in organizational strategy and alignment, utilizing our accounting background to enhance your strategic plans with the data needed to achieve your ambitious goals. We offer contract CFO and strategy services to organizations primarily in the medical, environmental, conservation, and outdoor industries (among others) - both for profit and nonprofit.

We work with organizational leadership and existing accounting teams (if already in place) to set up funding models, scenario models, cash flow models and improve existing financial reporting and analyses. We work with organizations to evaluate current policies and key metrics, then create tools for informed decision making and analysis. We believe that strategic alignment and financial metrics should build on each other, rather than exist in opposition.
