I specialize in the Evergreen, Conifer, Foothills and Denver area. With many years of experience investing in Colorado Real Estate I have an eye for what works best for my clients. People have told me I have an uncanny ability to understand my client’s needs. Completing a Real Estate transaction is complicated so I don’t make stuff up. If I don’t know I have surrounded myself with resources that do. Every transaction is different and requires an individual approach to meet your objectives. The current market has very low inventory for sale and a high demand by buyers and mortgage rates are still low. For sellers if you price a house correctly it will sell quickly. For buyers it is crucial that you have your financing in order to start shopping. There are still good deals to be had and a good time for investors to shop. It takes a special eye on the market and an understanding of the uniqueness of purchasing Colorado and Mountain properties. So let’s get started! I have lived and worked in the mountain foothills since 1984 and am active in many organizations to include; Mountain Resource center, Girls on the Run, The Venue Theater, Mountain Land Trust. I live in this community and feel it is important to give back as well.
