About Us

Conifer Radio is an internet, public community radio station serving our mountain communities along and branching from the US 285 corridors from Morrison through Kenosha Pass.

The Conifer Radio business plan was developed, launched in January of 2020, and adapted through the pandemic to serve our local community at a minimum of cost and in the spirit of a nonprofit public radio station.

The support to the US Highway 285 Corridor is growing 'organically' based on the expectations of our local communities and each week, we grow a little larger in terms of listenership and continue to be successful by being ''positive'' and ''nonpolitical.'' We continue to do this at a minimum of cost and regular underwriting support of Conifer Radio is essential for the station to move forward. We recognize and thank the community leaders who have stepped forward and we invite other community leaders to join us.
