I can help you demystify teenagerdom from a developmental perspective. I can help you have the toughest tough conversations. Set and uphold consistent boundaries, consequences that make sense and deepen your relationship with your struggling teen. I can help you get on the same page with your partner and accept that family you have without trying to force it which you know, doesn't work.

I was a teenager with undiagnosed ADHD, I had terrible anxiety, and depression which led to migraines and Epilepsy. That started me on a path to alcohol abuse attempting to self medicate. I overcame all of that and my experience helps me see your kiddos in a different light, because, I was them.

I spent twenty years working alongside struggling teens and the professionals who served them. I trained hundreds of staff during that time, and I later became a single foster parent. Everything I learned in those years is built into The Family Table Method, a family agreement we build together and a structured coaching approach where every family member finds their voice through the Six Seats framework and your family learns to function together. I juggled doctor appointments, school functions and interventions, Learning differences, substance abuse, relationships and endless power struggles. I've been there and I've got you.


Based in Conifer and rooted in this mountain community, I work with families locally and online.
