Office Manager

Office Manager needed for the new Senior Helpers Foothills franchise branch located in the Conifer Marketplace (Staples Center on Hwy 285). This position requires an entrepreneurial spirit, as you'll be deciding how to set up the office and whom to hire! Office opening in July 2026. Territory is generally from west of Wadsworth along the 285 corridor to Fairplay, so you'll be finding and training caregivers, in the office, for this area. 
 
RESPONSIBILITY HIGHLIGHTS:

  • This is a leadership position and training for the Director of Operations position
  • You will coordinate all general office activities, lead payroll and billing
  • Key communicator between clients and caregivers
  • You will lead caregiver interview schedules and training

REQUIREMENTS
  • Prefer a college degree but will accept a high school diploma or equivalent with experience
  • Must be able to meet the Admin/Alternate Manager Requirements of CDPHE (we'll pay for your Administrator training for the state)
  • 2 years of office and/or management experience, healthcare administration, or staffing/scheduling
  • Must have QuickBooks knowledge. You'll also be using WellSky, CareAcademy, Infiniti HR, QVinci, Crexendo phone system
  • Pass all background checks
  • Meet all State of Colorado standards for HCA Class B operations 
  • Be kind and no drama. Seriously, an important requirement for this role since it's a career path
  • Must have reliable transportation be able to drive to client worksites 
PAY AND BENEFITS
  • $38K-$48K a year starting
  • Pay raise instantly as client base grows/benchmarks reached
  • If successful in this role, move forward to Director of Operations, which starts at $75K a year
  • Since this is a startup, you'll be responsible for researching all benefits and health insurance
  • Flex hours once your team is established
