Community Outreach & Volunteer Coordinator

The Community Outreach & Volunteer Coordinator is responsible for providing support and working closely with Resilience1220 staff, board, and volunteers to ensure that event campaigns align with community needs and the organization’s overall goals and mission. This person is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing the strategic marketing plan for Resilience1220 in order to attract potential clients, donors, and volunteers while retaining existing ones. A requirement of this position is that the candidate is able to work independently with minimal supervision while being exceedingly well-organized, flexible, and able to uphold the mission and values of Resilience1220 in every aspect of the work. It is essential to the success of this position to have a high level of professionalism and confidentiality while remaining adaptable, proactive, resourceful, and efficient.
