Position: Back of House Associate
Location: Conifer, Colorado
Hours: Part-Time (30–36 hours/week) No nights or early Mornings
About the Role:
Are you energetic, dependable, and love working in a fast-paced kitchen environment? Rocky Mountain Wraps in Conifer is looking for a reliable Back of House Associate to help keep our kitchen running smoothly and our food fresh!
Key Responsibilities
Food Prep: Wash, chop, and prepare fresh ingredients for wraps, salads, and sides.
Line Support: Assemble orders accurately and efficiently to keep prep lines moving.
Kitchen Maintenance: Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workspace adhering to safety standards.
Dishwashing & Restocking: Keep cookware and utensils clean and ensure supplies stay stocked.
Teamwork: Work closely with front-of-house staff to deliver great food and fast service.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: Prior kitchen, food prep, or restaurant experience is a plus, but we are happy to train the right person!
Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and ready to work set shifts.
Pace: Able to handle busy lunch rushes while staying calm and detail-oriented.
Physical Stamina: Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 30–40 lbs.
Consistent Hours: 30 to 36 hours per week.
