Job Description:
Looking for a fun, active summer job? As a Youth Summer Camp Coach, you’ll help create an exciting and positive experience for campers while building leadership skills of your own. You’ll lead games, support younger campers, and be part of a team that makes summer unforgettable.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead Activities: Run fun games and activities that keep campers engaged and active
- Be a Role Model: Set a positive example by being respectful, responsible, and inclusive
- Support Campers: Help kids feel confident, included, and excited to participate
- Keep Everyone Safe: Stay aware of your group and follow safety guidelines at all times
- Handle Challenges: Help resolve conflicts calmly and fairly
- Work as a Team: Collaborate with other coaches to create a great camp experience
What We’re Looking For:
- Enjoy working with kids and being active
- Positive attitude and strong energy
- Responsible and dependable
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
- Experience with kids is a plus, but not required
- First Aid/CPR is a bonus (we can help you get certified)
Work Details:
- Dates: June 1 – August 14 (Monday–Friday) - Weekly commitment required; you may choose which weeks you are available to work throughout the summer.
- Hours: 9:30 AM – 2:30 PM (Flexible)
- Pay: $16–$25/hour (based on experience and age)
- Location: Eudaimonia indoor & outdoor facilities
