Job Summary:
The Front Desk Associate at Aspen Park Vet Hospital will be responsible for success in all areas of the customer experience. This role is the key to smooth daily operations and a cohesive, client-centric approach. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and results-oriented person with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a desire to grow with the team.
Responsibilities:
- Enhance the overall customer experience, from initial contact to follow-up care.

Answer phones, set appointments, accept payments, set follow ups and reminders, and additional administrative tasks.

Collaborate closely with all departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care, minimizing client wait times and maximizing satisfaction.

Identify opportunities for improvement in processes and procedures, and implement changes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Work with the team to foster a positive and supportive team environment, promoting open communication, collaboration, and mutual respect.

Take ownership and accountability for the customer experience, proactively addressing any concerns or issues that arise.

Continuously seek feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
