About Us
Generations Skincare is a small-batch skincare company based in Conifer, Colorado. We formulate and produce our own science-forward skincare products in-house and are looking for reliable part-time support as we continue to grow. We need a dependable Part-Time Order Fulfillment Associate to package, label, and drop off orders at the Post Office on M, W, F for about an hour to an hour and a half each day. There is some flexibility - we need orders to go out every two days.
We’re looking for someone dependable, organized, positive, and detail-oriented who enjoys working in a collaborative small-business environment.
We also love making sure our team gets to experience the products they help support, so this role includes a monthly skincare product allowance.
Responsibilities
• Pack, ship customer orders and drop off at Post Office
• Assist with inventory organization
• Prepare sample kits
• Help maintain fulfillment supplies and workspace organization
• Ensure orders are packed accurately and professionally

- Someone who enjoys flexible, hand-on work in a growing small business. Hours may vary based on order volume, launches, and events.
- Positive attitude and willing to learn
- Appreciates wellness/skincare/small business environment
- Able to lift shipping boxes and stay organized during busy periods
- Prior Shopify, shipping, or fulfillment experience is helpful but not required
