Job Description:
We are seeking a dependable and versatile individual to join our team as a Part-Time Order Fulfillment, Content Creation, and Utility Associate. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working independently, being involved in a variety of tasks and is looking to contribute to different aspects of our business operations.
We would like to hire one person; but will consider multiple hires with different skillsets.
Key Responsibilities:

Order Fulfillment: (immediate need):
- Accurately process and fulfill daily customer orders.
- Ensure all orders are packaged and shipped in a timely manner.
- Delivery packages to Post Office.
- Help keep the fulfillment area organized and efficient.

Content Creation/Back-end Website Maintenance: (longer term need):
- Develop engaging and relevant content for our website, social media platforms, and marketing materials.
- Support marketing efforts by assisting with social media content and product photography.
- Collaborate to create promotional content and campaigns.
- Maintain and update product listings with current photos, descriptions, and inventory data.
- Assist in managing and updating our content calendar.

Utility Associate:
- Assist with administrative tasks, data entry, and other general office duties.
- Help maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Respond to customer delivery inquiries with professionalism
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email, answering questions and making product recommendations.
- Stay up to date on company product knowledge, features, and programs
- Make product recommendations based on customer needs.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using content creation tools and software.
- Previous experience in order fulfillment or a similar role is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Hours:
- This is a part-time position with flexible working hours. The exact schedule will be determined based on the needs of the business and the availability of the candidate.
