Youth Fitness Classes
Youth Fitness Classes are held on Monday and Friday at 3:30. A variety of skills are taught to develp speed, agility and strength. We work with the kids to teach them how to use their bodies whether in a specific sport or for helping move boxes around the house. Nutrition and healthy habits are also discussed during class.
Ages 5-18. Most classes can be done with all age groups. Once we see who will be in the class we will determine if we need more than one class.
Cost is $70. for 4 weeks with ongoing enrollment (join anytime). We offer a sibling and member discount.
