Using the proven 12 Week Year model, we focus on creating ambitious yet achievable 12-week goals—and breaking them down into daily and weekly action steps that move the needle.
Here’s how it works:
Quarterly In-Person Goal Setting
We meet once per quarter to set strategic, focused goals for the upcoming 12 weeks. You’ll walk away with a clear plan, measurable targets, and the structure to track your progress.
Weekly Virtual Check-Ins (30 minutes)
Every Friday afternoon, we meet via Zoom for a fast-paced, focused check-in. We review progress, grade our week, troubleshoot challenges, and set ourselves up for success in the week ahead.
Built-In Accountability & Support
The Collective is more than goal setting—it’s collaboration, encouragement, and celebration. We help each other stay on track during tough weeks and cheer each other on when milestones are hit.
