Tai Chi for Arthritis Class
This class is specifically designed for people with arthritis, but can be beneficial for anyone looking to improve their balance, improve their strength, or just reduce stress. This not a traditional Tai Chi class in the fact that there are no static poses, and movements stay within a painfree range of motion. The class is part of the Tai Chi for Health series created by Dr. Paul Lam, and is recommended by the Arthritis Foundation.
This course is taught by Mary Thuente PT, MSPT. She is a certified Tai Chi for Arthritis instructor and a physical therapist.
Cost for entire 6 week course is $100
