Signe Myers Hovem, a native of Colorado, is the founder of Sacred Solutions, a Houston-based spiritual counseling service that operated from 2003-2009, located at The Spectrum Center, Houston's largest holistic resource center.( http://spectrumcenter-houston.com/) She is an ordained Spiritual Counselor and Energy Worker through AIWP (Association of the Integration of the Whole Person) and earned a B.A. in English Literature from the University of Colorado. In the past, she has united her two passions of writing and the healing art of self-awareness to create a popular six-week program entitled: “The Ultimate Writer’s Block Workshop: Healing the Writer Within,” Additional presentations include “Wordplay--Language as a Spiritual Tool,” and a four part series “Forget-me-not: an introduction to Spiritual Healing."
Signe is presently writing a memoir highlighting her experiences and personal understanding on being a functional empath in an insensitive world.
