Some postures include:
-clears feelings of being unsupported & insecure
-assists to heal addictions & memory patterns that create cravings
-releases seperation angst
These yoga postures are designed to open & remove the debris from the 12 points along each side of the body -
the gates of dreaming.
Note: Irash Satva Yoga & Shrihat Satva Yoga are the 1st and 2nd sections of a comprehensive 3 part yoga modality
received by Almine. The 3rd, called Saradesi Satva Yoga should be out in January.
Note: Beginners to advanced can do these yogas.
