Satori Workshop with Stacey Bickler
The Satori Workshop is done best in 4 sessions. The workshop is fun because we take the tools of Satori Living and practice them. It includes: Nutrition, recipes, taste testing, essential oils, reflexology, vision boards, breathing, yoga and more. Each of the 4 main parts of Satori Living will have 1 day dedicated to exploring it to it's depth in the time allowed. *Doesn't include book or dvd (not required). Minimum 4 participants required.
