Whether your goals include moving more, reducing stress, eating better, spending time outdoors, or simply feeling your best, you will find ideas, encouragement, and connections to help you succeed.

Attendees can explore interactive workshops, live demonstrations, and engaging conversations with local experts in fitness, nutrition, holistic and alternative health, mindfulness, herbal medicine, outdoor adventure, and more. The atmosphere is welcoming and approachable, perfect for those who are deeply committed to their wellness journey as well as those just getting started.

The Foothills Wellness Series is a unique opportunity for wellness-focused businesses and practitioners to connect with the Conifer community.

We invite local vendors who offer services or products that support physical, mental, and emotional well-being—including fitness, nutrition, holistic health, mindfulness, herbal medicine, alternative therapies, outdoor adventure, and more. This event celebrates the idea that wellness looks different for everyone. With interactive workshops, demonstrations, and an open, welcoming atmosphere, the wellness series draws a wide variety of attendees—from seasoned wellness seekers to those just beginning their journey.

Vendor fees are:
$10 for members of the Conifer Area Chamber of Commerce
$25 for non-members
