A Virtual Community Meeting has been scheduled for Monday, May 25th at 7:00 pm to discuss a potential rezoning to allow a mixture of housing types up to 188 dwelling units and limited commercial and community uses on approximately 47 acres. The property is located near Main Street and Light Lane in Conifer, south of the Safeway. This is a virtual meeting due to COVID-19 and social distancing requirements. You will still be able to ask the applicant questions and provide comments to the applicants. At this time there is not a formal application to rezone the property.
