Chakra Balancing Yoga & Vision Board Workshop with Laurie Love

The new year is iconic for creating resolutions, but many times they go by the wayside. When we set intentions for ourselves, align our actions with them, and open our hearts to receive them, they gain power. Working from within ourselves on the deepest levels is how we truly manifest our reality. Doing this work in community cultivates empowerment, inspiration, motivation and support in manifesting your dreams!

Vision boards are a great way to initiate, follow through and refine your process. Look at this past year's vision board for instance; what are the things you accomplished? Did you let go of anything that didn't serve you? Did any intention or goal transform or morph into a more relevant life goal? Is there anything you are still working to achieve, where are you in that process, and what are the actions you must take to succeed?

This workshop begins with creating an altar of intention~bring crystals, flowers, food, pictures or anything to energetically share and/or charge with the group. Then we will practice a chakra balancing yoga flow to balance our energy bodies, remove creative blocks and invite inspiration to flow! Lastly, we will create our pieces of intentional art! Bring your new years intentions, desires and/or life goals, and ideas on how you wish to take action upon them. Also, bring clippings from magazines, books, old calendars, stickers, or pictures that align with your intentions that are visually & soulfully stimulating, encouraging, and inspiring for you! I will also provide materials such as poster board, magazines, scissors, glue sticks, and other fun things to adorn your boards. After the workshop, hang your board where you will see it everyday such as your bathroom or above your kitchen sink!
