Athletic Physicals
Athletic Physicals for High School and Middle School athletes will be available on Wednesday, August 8th at Conifer Mountain Family Medicine, located at 10791 Kitty Drive, Suite A, Conifer from 5:00pm to 8:00pm. The cost is $25 and all proceeds will go to the PCHS Booster Club. This is made possible by the generosity of Dr. Linn and his staff.
