Adult Mental Health First Aid - 2 morning class - VIRTUAL

Mental Health First Aid is an interactive course that teaches people how to assist and support others who may be experiencing a mental health or substance use challenge. The curriculum includes a two-hour self-paced course, & a six-hour virtual live session led by MHFA instructors. You will receive communications about the self-paced course 2 weeks before the course start date.

To attend, you must:

• Have a valid email address to receive materials and log in
• Complete a self-paced course prior to class.

PLEASE NOTE: You must attend both January 27 and 28, 2026 from 8:30 - 12:00pm to receive your certification
