SUMMARY:WINC Volunteer Clean Up Days
DESCRIPTION:WINC is kicking off our 2026 Volunteer Construction Projects with two Clean-Up Days in Pine and this one really matters. \n\n\n\nJon\, 81\, has called Pine home since the late '70s\, and we're coming together to help him stay there. We've worked with the county to stop fines\, and now it's time to roll up our sleeves and clean up the exterior.\n\n\n\nHere's what we're tackling:\n\n  Taking down 3 damaged greenhouse/shelters  \n\n  Hauling away 1 trailer  \n\n  Removing 1 large tree (experienced chainsaw help needed here!)  \n\n  Clearing out lots of debris into dumpsters  \n\n\n\nThis is just Part 1 of a much bigger project. Next up: a new roof\, new stove/heater\, interior clean-out\, deck repairs\, and a special surprise project for Jon.\n\n\n\nAll ages are welcome bring your energy! We also need help with food and drinks for volunteers. Don't forget gloves and sunscreen.\n\n\n\nHuge thank you to our amazing partners: WINC\, Community Nest\, MMAR\, MWinB\, and CACC.\n\n\n\nAnd because we love celebrating a job well done we'll be hosting a Thank You party at Ripple on 5/24 at 2:30pm for all volunteers ??\n\n\n\nReady to jump in?
