DESCRIPTION:Mama Circle is a one-hour weekly online support circle for moms up to two years in postpartum period. The group meets every Thursday via Zoom from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.\n\nAll moms welcome during the baby's first two years!\n\nMama Circle will help with finding hope when feeling overwhelmed\; connecting with other mothers who are facing similar\n\nchallenges\; understanding baby blues vs. perinatal depression and anxiety\; building confidence and creating a support network. All are welcome! (You do not need to have a diagnosis or be a client at Jefferson Center). LGBTQIA+ friendly. Trauma-informed. Breastfeeding and bottle-feeding friendly!
