Intermountain Humane Society is a membership organization. Every May instead of our regular board meeting\, we host an annual Membership gathering. This is a great time to get all the members together\, do a slide show of what we'\;ve done as well as what we are working on and what'\;s in store for IMHS. We will have snacks\, drinks and dessert and hopefully a few success story animals at the fire station.

\nIt is important that the members come out and be heard and gather together. Membership is THE best way to say you are committed to this local resource. IMHS receives no government funding. Since it is all private donations we never can budget from that. Membership gives us a base with which we can budget and count on the support year to year.
You can buy or renew your membership at the event on 5/16. We'\;ll also have raffle tickets and other things to sell as we are constantly fundraising since we don'\;t have enough sustaining members. If you can'\;t come to the event but want to become a member please go to www.imhs.org or stop into the shelter office.
