Key Responsibilities

Bookkeeping:

  • Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online.
  • Process accounts payable and receivable.
  • Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
  • Prepare and submit financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and budgets.
  • Handle payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant tax and labor laws.
  • Assist in the preparation of tax returns and coordinate with external auditors.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of HR practices and procedures is a plus.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Negotiable

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
