Earth Medicine Workshop:Cleanse

As we settle into the season of Spring, this workshop will focus on cleansing, as this season is a time for seed-planting, birth, and new beginnings. We will begin the workshop with meditation and movement that promotes cleansing of our body and mind. There will be a discussion and education around rituals, herbs, and other tools that may be used to energetically cleanse space and yourself. Each participant will create their own cleansing tool kit to take home. All materials are included. Please bring your mat!

I am an educator that offers workshops inspired by Earth’s offerings. I am a 200RYT and Primal Medicine Master Practitioner in training. In each workshop intends to educate others on ways to incorporate Earth’s medicine into their daily lives. Teachings draw from studies in Ayurveda, Neuroscience, Yoga, Chinese Medicine, and Herbalism. Recently I founded @earthmedicineforeveryone as a space to share no frills movement, remedies, rituals, and recipes that help others deepen their connection with Earth.
