
Learn how to assist and support others who may be experiencing a mental health challenge - it's like first aid, but for the mind!
Mental Health First Aid is an interactive course that teaches people how to assist and support others who may be experiencing a mental health or substance use challenge. The curriculum includes a two-hour self-paced course, & a six-hour virtual live session led by MHFA instructors. You will receive communications about the self-paced course 2 weeks before the course start date.
To attend, you must:
- Have a valid email address to receive materials and log in
- Complete a self-paced course prior to class.
PLEASE NOTE: You must attend both June 9 and June 10, 2025 from 8:30 - 12:00pm to receive your certification
